1914 - The panoramic photograph above was taken in 1914 when the campmeeting
was only ten years old. Harpel's of
Lebanon, PA, took the picture with a
Kodak Cirkut camera.

Above: Notice cottages at right end of the grove with
tabernacle roof at left. The blurred image at left occurred
when the subject moved while the camera was in motion.

1950s: A glorious old shot of campmeeting. Notice the structural
beams in the ceiling and decorations
for the Big Sunday.

1936: A devastating fire left only foundation stones and rubble after 24 cottages burned to the ground.  By the grace of God, the tabernacle escaped unscathed.

At right:  M.S. Hershey's Transit #10 at 9th and Cumberland Streets in Lebanon. Campmeeting attendees rode the trolley from various locations in the Lebanon Valley. The trolley was originally designed to transport workers to Mr. Hershey's chocolate factory.

Another wonderful old shot of the early years at Mt. Lebanon. Taken in 1914 with a panoramic Kodak Cirkut camera that swiveled on a tripod while subjects "tried" to stand still.          (Courtesy: Harpel's of Lebanon, Pa.)
