Announcements for the 2010Campmeeting Season (Meal times & fees, Menus, Homemade Baked Items)

Meals Meals are served in the Dining Hall during campmeeting at 5:30 P.M. Daily: Adults - $7.50; Children 4-10 - $4.00 Sunday: Adults - $7.75; Children 4-10 - $4.00 No reservations necessary

Menus Monday, July 12 : Filled Cabbage – Morrissey's Catering   Tuesday, July 13 : Chicken Pot Pie - KBR Catering Wednesday, July 14 : Ham and Green Beans Myerstown Church of the Brethren   Thursday, July 15 : Lasagna – Manbecks EC Church    Friday, July 16 : Meatloaf – Mountville UM Church          Saturday, July 17 : Covered Dish 12 noon (before stockholders meeting)           Sunday, July 19: 12:00 Noon (Campmeeting Sunday) - Baked Ham Adults: $7.50    (Except Sunday: $7.75)  Children 4-10: $4.00        3 and under Free   Ice cream and other refreshments are available at the Snack Bar after the evening services.

Weekday Baking Schedule Soup and baked goods are available in the Dining Hall after the morning Bible Study. Soup should be ordered in advance. Soup Prices are Yet to be Determined, but the Schedule is as listed below. The Cookie & Pie Prices and Schedule are also to be determined. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - Shoo-fly, Cherry, Peach, Apricot, Raisin, Apple,             and Raspberry - We will make them as long as pie filling lasts. Thursday - Custards - Coconut, Cherry, Raspberry Menu subject to change

Rentals Campmeeting facilities may be rented. The pavilion, dining hall, tabernacle, and selected cottages are available for rent. Call Millie Hostetter at (717) 273-1245.

Gift Cottage (Shop) Gifts and memorabilia are available in the Gift Cottage - #39.
